The Federal Constitutional Court decided that voting machines are in their current form is not in accordance with the Constitution. That's good. Why?

voting machines are not a bad thing. If they are placed properly, so open, of any verifiable and understandable.

Until now, however, every use of voting machines, whether in Germany or the United States, problems. They ranged from unlawful storage in the home on display too small to counting problems.

The future is of course the electronic voting, but until we are ready first have to show the politicians that they have understood that electronic voting is not the simplification of electoral fraud, but to simplify the electoral process - are used - with the same quality.
